Chiffon Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/4 c. cake flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. water
1/4 tsp. almond extract
1/2 c. salad oil
5 egg yolks
7 egg whites
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
Preparation

Mix cake flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, water, extract, oil and egg yolks together for one minute.
In separate bowl, beat egg whites and cream of tartar until stiff.
Fold into batter. Bake in ungreased tube pan for 65 minutes at 325\u00b0.
Invert pan on bottle until cool, as soon as removed from oven.
