Sara'S Tomato Aspic - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. plain gelatin
    2 Tbsp. cold water
    3 1/2 c. V-8 juice
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. rosemary
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1 small onion, chopped
    6 to 8 stuffed green olives, chopped
    few drops Tabasco (optional)
Preparation
    Soak gelatin in cold water.
    Heat V-8 juice and add to gelatin. Stir until dissolved.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Pour into ring mold or individual molds and refrigerate until congealed.
    Top with mayonnaise or cottage cheese.
    Serves 8.
