Hummus(Arabic Appetizer) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can chickpeas
    2 cloves garlic
    juice from 1 lemon
    1 to 3 Tbsp. sesame seed oil
    olive oil
    salt
    paprika
    pita bread
Preparation
    Cook chickpeas on
    medium
    to
    medium-high
    heat
    until softened.
    Add a little
    water
    if necessary.
    Place peas into blender.
    Add cloves of garlic, salt to taste, lemon juice and sesame seed oil.
    Blend
    until
    very smooth.
    Place in serving dish.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Lightly cover with olive oil to prevent drying.
    Serve with pita bread for dipping.
