Tamale Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground turkey or beef
    1 (16 oz.) jar thick 'n chunky salsa
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) pkg. cornbread mix
    8 oz. Cheddar cheese, divided
    1/2 c. sliced black olives
    1 (16 oz.) can corn
Preparation
    Brown meat in skillet; drain fat.
    Add corn and salsa; heat. Mix cornbread according to package directions.
    Mix 1 cup cheese and black olives.
    Pour meat mixture into a 10 x 8-inch pan. Sprinkle with remaining cheese; spoon cornbread mixture on top. Bake in preheated 400\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes.
    Serves 6.
