Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bunch baby spinach
    1 bunch romaine lettuce
    2 cans sliced water chestnuts
    2 c. sliced mushrooms
    2 red onions, sliced
    4 boiled eggs, sliced (optional)
    bacon bits or fried bacon
    1 c. canola oil
    1/4 c. red vinegar
    1/2 c. ketchup
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. salt
    4 green onions, chopped fine
Preparation
    Toss together spinach, lettuce, chestnuts, mushrooms, onions, eggs (if using) and bacon.
    Can be put onto individual salad plates.
    Mix together in a quart jar the oil, vinegar, ketchup, Worcestershire, salt and green onions.
    Shake well before serving.
