Sweet & Sour Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 LB boneless, skinless chicken, cut into pieces
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg beaten
    3/4 cup Bisquick
    1 tsp paprika
    2/3 c brown sugar
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. ginger
    juice from 1 can pineapple chunks and water to make 2 cups
    1/4 cup soy sauce
    1/4 cup vinegar
Preparation
    Heat until mixture thickens Add chicken, pineapple, and veggies to sauce. I use water chestnuts and stir fried pea pods, but you can also use broccoli, cauliflower, bamboo chutes. Serve over rice.
