Guacamole Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 ripe avocados
    2 cloves garlic
    1/2 small onion
    4 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    1 tomato, peeled and finely chopped
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients (except tomatoes) in food processor. Place
    in
    serving
    dish.
    Spread
    sour
    cream over top. Garnish with sliced ripe olives and salsa.
    Serve with nachos or
    corn chips.
    (May
    use refried beans and shredded Cheddar cheese.)
