Frothy Apple Punch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. apple cider, chilled
    1/3 c. orange juice, chilled
    2 c. light cream
    3 egg whites
    1/3 c. sugar
    ground cinnamon
Preparation
    In large mixing bowl combine apple cider and orange juice. Add the light cream.
    Beat with rotary beater until frothy.
    In small mixer bowl beat the egg whites on high speed of electric mixer until soft peaks form (tips curl over).
    Gradually add the sugar, beating on high speed until stiff peaks form (tips stand straight).
    Using rotary beater, gently fold the beaten egg whites into the cider-cream mixture, leaving small puffs of egg whites. Transfer mixture to a large punch bowl.
    Sprinkle punch with a little ground cinnamon.
    Serve immediately.
