Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. tomatoes
2 c. green peppers
1 c. jalapeno peppers
1 c. onion
2 Tbsp. salt
3 cloves garlic
1/2 c. white vinegar
green chilies
sugar for taste
Preparation
-
Combine - bring to boil. Add 1 large can tomatoes, skim skins, simmer 30 minutes. Add spices 1 Tbsp. of each garlic powder, cumin, crushed red pepper, onion powder, cayenne pepper, and pepper.
