Summer Squash Zucchini Pickle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 yellow squash (1 lb.)
    3 small zucchini (1 lb.)
    1 lemon, thinly sliced and cut in half
    1/2 green pepper, sliced
    1/2 onion, sliced
    2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. celery seed
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. lemon juice (bottled)
Preparation
    Slice yellow squash and zucchini into thin slices.
    In large bowl, combine both kinds of squash, sliced lemon, pepper, onion and celery seed.
    Toss gently to combine.
    Let stand 1 hour.
