Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can sweet potatoes, drained
    salt and pepper
    1/4 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
    6 Tbsp. oleo
    1/2 c. orange juice
    1 Tbsp. orange peel, grated
Preparation
    Slice drained potatoes into one-half inch slices.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease pan, 12 x 8 x 2-inch.
    Arrange potato slices in a row, overlapping, in prepared dish.
    Sprinkle with brown sugar, salt, pepper and orange juice and peel.
    Dot with butter. Cover dish with foil.
    Bake 45 minutes.
