Barbecued Ribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. pork ribs
    1/2 c. ketchup
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. hoisin sauce
    1 Tbsp. dry white wine
    2 tsp. salt
    2 large cloves garlic, finely chopped
Preparation
    Trim
    fat and remove membranes from ribs; place ribs in shallow
    dish.
    Mix
    remaining ingredients.
    Pour mixture over ribs;
    turn
    ribs.
    Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours but no longer than 24 hours.
