Hens In Curry Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Cornish hens
    1/3 c. butter
    1/2 c. honey
    1/4 c. prepared mustard
    4 Tbsp. curry powder
Preparation
    Melt butter in roasting pan.
    Stir in honey, mustard and curry powder.
    Mix well.
    Remove from heat.
    Split hens in half. Place skin side down in sauce.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes, basting often.
    Turn and bake 10 minutes more until golden brown.
