Mincemeat Jello Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

32 oz. cranberry juice
1 1/2 c. chopped, unpeeled apple
2 pkg. lemon Jell-O (3 oz.)
1 pkg. Knox gelatine
1 1/2 c. mincemeat pie filling
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
2 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Heat 1/2 cranberry juice; add Jell-O, Knox gelatine and lemon juice.
Gradually add rest of cranberry juice; set to cool until like egg white consistency.
Add apples, mincemeat and nuts.
Pour into greased mold.
