Granny Bolt'S No Bake Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 envelopes Knox unflavored gelatin
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 egg yolks
    2 egg whites
    1 c. milk
    3 c. cottage cheese
    1 c. drained crushed pineapple
    2 packs graham crackers, crushed
    1 1/2 stick margarine
    1 c. heavy cream
Preparation
    Mix together 2 envelopes Knox unflavored gelatin, sugar and salt in the top of a double broiler.
    Beat egg yolks and milk; add to gelatin mixture.
    Cook over boiling water, stirring constantly until gelatin is dissolved and mixture thickens, about 10 minutes. Remove from heat and cool.
    Stir in cottage cheese and crushed pineapple.
    Chill, stirring occasionally until mixture mounds slightly when dropped from spoon.
