Lemon And Herb Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    1 small bay leaf
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 tsp. crushed rosemary
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan and heat to a boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer for approximately 5 minutes.
    Allow to cool.
    Place meat in a glass dish and coat with cooled marinade.
    Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours (overnight if possible).
