Oriental Cashew Crunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. Original Quaker Oat Squares cereal (8 c.)
    1 (3 oz.) can La Choy chow mein noodles (1 1/2 c.)
    1 c. cashews or peanuts
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
    3 Tbsp. La Choy soy sauce
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. onion powder
Preparation
    Heat oven to 250\u00b0.
    Combine first 3 ingredients in 13 x 9-inch pan; set aside.
    Combine remaining 4 ingredients in small bowl; quickly pour over cereal mixture.
    Stir to coat evenly.
    Bake 1 hour, stirring every 20 minutes; cool.
    Makes 10 cups.
