Corn Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked whole kernel corn
    1/2 c. diced red sweet pepper
    1/4 c. minced green onion with tops, or chives
    3/4 c. chopped fresh basil or other favorite herb
    1 c. mayonnaise or to taste
    salt to taste
    freshly ground pepper
Preparation
    In medium sized bowl, combine corn, sweet pepper, green onion or chives and basil or other herb; toss well.
    Stir in the mayonnaise and season with salt and pepper to taste.
