Company Chicken(Serves 4 To 6) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) bottle Catalina salad dressing
    1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
    1 (12 oz.) jar apricot preserves
    1 chicken (parts) or 6 to 8 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Mix salad dressing, onion soup and apricot preserves.
    Pour over chicken and marinate overnight (optional).
    Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes, depends on thickness of chicken parts.
    Serve with rice and tossed salad.
