Boston Cream Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    3/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    3/4 c. honey
    1/4 c. orange juice concentrate
    1 to 2 Tbsp. water (as needed)
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/8 tsp. orange extract
    1 (4 oz.) jar apricot baby food puree
    1 egg white (unbeaten)
    3/4 Tbsp. finely grated orange peel
    1 egg white, beaten
    1 recipe Cocoa Frosting
    1/2 recipe Vanilla Pudding
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    In large bowl, combine flour, baking soda and cream of tartar.
    Set aside.
    In medium bowl, mix honey, orange juice concentrate, water, vanilla, orange extract, orange peel, 1 unbeaten egg white and apricot puree.
    Stir into flour mixture until just blended.
    Gently stir in 1 lightly beaten egg white.
    Do not overmix.
