Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 c. light corn syrup
1 c. peanut butter
6 c. crisp rice cereal
2 c. (12 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
Preparation

In large saucepan, combine sugar, corn syrup and peanut butter.
Cook over medium - low heat until the sugar is dissolved. remove from the heat; add cereal and stir until coated.
Spread into a greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan.
Press lightly.
Spread melted chocolate over bars.
Chill.
