Mom'S Golden Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. raw rice
    3 large carrots, shredded
    2 c. American cheese, shredded
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cook rice. Add carrots, cheese and remaining ingredients (saving 1/2 cup cheese).
    Place in casserole dish. Sprinkle extra cheese on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
