Gorditas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    corn masa mix
    1 1/2 lb. pork meat, diced
    2 tomatoes
    2 Serrano peppers
    1/4 cut small onion
    1 small garlic clove
Preparation
    Brown meat and keep covered.
    Boil tomatoes and peppers.
    When tender mix tomatoes, peppers, onion and garlic in blender.
    Add to meat mixture, then if needed add 1 teaspoon corn masa mix to thicken sauce.
    Once ready, put aside.
