Microwave Sunday Chicken Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 servings cooked rice
4 half chicken breasts, boned and skinned
1 can cream of mushroom soup
8 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. chicken broth
Preparation

Arrange chicken in 8 x 8-inch dish.
Combine rest of ingredients and pour over chicken.
Cover with vented plastic wrap.
Microwave at 50% (medium power) for 15 minutes.
Turn chicken over, recover and microwave for 10 to 20 minutes until tender.
Arrange chicken over rice on serving platter.
Spoon some sauce over chicken and garnish with paprika and chopped olives. Serve rest of sauce in gravy boat.
