Fudge Truffle Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

Chocolate Crumb Crust (recipe follows)
3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla extract

Preparation

Heat oven to 300\u00b0.
Prepare crust.
In mixer bowl beat cheese until fluffy.
Gradually beat in milk until smooth, then remaining ingredients.
Pour into pan over crust.
Bake 1 hour and 5 minutes or until center is set.
Cool and chill.
