Mixed Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) pkg. frozen vegetables
    1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, sliced
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 stack Ritz crackers, crushed
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. butter, melted
Preparation
    Cook vegetables according to directions.
    Drain and mix all other ingredients, except cracker crumbs and butter.
    Put in a 9 x 13-inch glass dish.
    Mix crumbs and butter together; put on top of vegetable mixture.
    Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Makes 8 to 10 servings.
