Chicken And Broccoli Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
    1 c. chopped, cooked chicken or turkey
    1 c. broccoli spears
    1 1/2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. Parmesan or Romano cheese
Preparation
    Arrange chicken and broccoli in pie shell.
    Toss cheese with flour, pepper (and salt, if desired).
    Sprinkle over chicken and broccoli.
    Combine eggs and milk.
    Pour over filling. Sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
    Let stand for 5 minutes.
    Serves 4 to 6.
    Great with a tossed salad and white wine.
