Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small cans V-8 juice
    1/2 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 small can tomato paste
    1 can green chilies
    1 tsp. hot sauce
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 small onion, minced
    12 corn tortillas
    1 lb. Colby cheese, grated
Preparation
    Mix juice, soup, tomato paste, chilies and hot sauce in skillet.
    Brown ground beef and onion together.
    Dip tortilla patty in sauce and place spoonful of hamburger and some cheese in center.
    Roll and place in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Pour remaining sauce over rolled tortillas and top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
