Chicken Cordon Bleu - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 deboned chicken breast fillets
8 slices American cheese
8 slices cooked ham (country ham if you have it)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. water or white wine
Preparation

Press chicken fillet flat.
Place one slice of ham and one slice of American cheese in each breast.
Fold breast over and place in large baking dish.
Dilute chicken soup with water (or wine) and pour over chicken breasts.
Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Serves 8.
