Shrimp Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    shrimp
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. oil
    3 large garlic cloves, minced
    3/4 c. sliced green onions
    1 1/2 c. (5 oz.) pea pods
    4 c. assorted vegetables
    1 1/2 Tbsp. chicken broth
Preparation
    Toss shrimp in salt and pepper to coat.
    Heat oil in skillet, add shrimp and stir over high heat for 2 to 3 minutes.
    Remove shrimp from skillet.
    Add garlic and onion to skillet and stir over medium heat for 1 minute.
    add pea pods, vegetables and chicken broth to pan and stir over medium heat 3 to 4 minutes or until vegetables are crisp tender.
    Return shrimp to pan and cook 1 to 2 minutes, stirring.
    Serve over rice.
