Daddy'S Spaghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground turkey (optional)
    1 yellow onion, chopped
    1 red pepper
    1 green pepper
    1 yellow pepper
    6 oz. mushrooms (fresh)
    1 (26 oz.) plain Healthy Choice spaghetti sauce
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (15 oz.) can stewed chopped tomatoes
    7 to 14 oz. thin spaghetti or vermicelli
    garlic salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. oil or Pam spray
Preparation
    Brown turkey if meat is desired, finely chopping as it cooks. Pour off any fat.
    Add chopped onion and stir.
    Wait 3 minutes. Add peppers.
    Cook the onion and peppers, stirring all along.
    Add all remaining ingredients, saving sliced or chopped mushrooms for last.
