Hot Spinach Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained well
4 eggs
2 c. 1/4-inch toast cubes
1 medium onion
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. melted butter
Preparation

Combine bread cubes, onion, cheese and seasonings.
Beat eggs well. Add cooked spinach and bread to egg mixture and mix well. Pour melted butter over mixture and mix well.
Chill thoroughly. Roll into 1-inch balls.
Place on a 14 x 9-inch baking pan and bake at 300\u00b0 approximately 15 minutes.
