Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 stick melted butter
    1 pkg. Ritz crackers, crumbled
Preparation
    Cook broccoli until tender; drain.
    Combine soup, mayonnaise, cheese, egg and milk.
    Stir into broccoli.
    Place in 2-quart casserole dish.
    Combine cracker crumbs and melted butter. Sprinkle over broccoli mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
