Black-Walnut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. corn oil
    4 eggs
    1 c. crushed pineapple (1 small can)
    1 c. black walnuts
    2 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    2 Tbsp. hot water
Preparation
    Mix sugar, oil and eggs.
    Add flour; mix well.
    Add remaining ingredients (mix).
    Bake in tube pan for 1 hour and 10 minutes at 350\u00b0.
