Potato Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. chopped raw potatoes
    1 small onion, chopped
    4 c. water
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 tbsp. parsley
    1 can. evaporated milk
    4 oz. Velveeta cheese cut small
    3/4 c. finely chopped ham
Preparation
    Cook potatoes and onion in salted water until tender. Mash down; add margarine, parsley, milk, cheese and ham. Heat and stir until cheese melts.
