Apple Chip Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/4 c. oleo
1 c. sugar
1 egg
2 c. apples, peeled and finely chopped
1 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

Mix together the first three ingredients: oleo, sugar and egg. Add the rest of ingredients.
Mix well.
Do not beat.
Bake in a 325\u00b0 oven in a 9 x 9-inch square cake pan.
