Chicken Breasts Diane - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large, boneless chicken breast halves
    1/4 to 1/2 tsp. black pepper
    3 Tbsp. chopped chives or green onions
    juice of 1/2 lemon
    3 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/4 c. chicken broth
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. brandy (optional)
    2 tsp. Dijon mustard
Preparation
    Place chicken breasts between sheets of waxed paper or plastic wrap.
    Pound slightly with a mallet (or 2 x 4).
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
