Ingredients

1 lb. sausage (spicy)
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
1/2 lb. Monterey Jack
2 c. Bisquick

Preparation

Mix all together; roll into 1/2 to 3/4-inch balls.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
Serve hot.
