Garbanzo Dip(Sam And Colleen Nunn) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. 4 oz. can garbanzo beans
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/2 tsp. sesame seed
    freshly ground pepper
    1 large clove garlic, minced
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Drain chickpeas.
    Combine all ingredients in blender until creamy.
    Serve chilled, sprinkled with fresh chopped parsley. Healthful as dip for raw vegetables or as a spread with pita bread.
    Contains 35 calories per serving (1 tablespoon).
