Spanish Style Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. yellow corn meal
    1 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 c. buttermilk
    4 eggs
    1 (16 oz.) can cream-style corn
    1/2 c. shredded sharp cheese
    1 finely chopped green pepper
    3/4 c. salad oil
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
    Pour into a large greased 10-inch
    iron
    skillet.
    Bake
    in
    a
    475\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes.
    Reduce
    heat to 375\u00b0.
    Bake 20 minutes more or until bread tests done.
    Serve warm.
