Jelly Nut Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. margarine
    1 c. brown sugar
    2 c. flour
    2 eggs
    finely chopped nuts
Preparation
    Cream margarine and sugar.
    Add egg yolks.
    Mix and form in 1-inch balls.
    Beat egg whites until foamy.
    Dip in ball and roll in nuts.
    Place on greased cookie sheet.
    Punch hole in center (not all the way through).
    Bake for 5 minutes at 350\u00b0, then re-punch hole.
    Return to oven for 15 more minutes (maybe less, depending on oven).
    Take out and fill hole with jelly while hot.
