Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. mild sausage
1 lb. ground beef
1 bell pepper
1 c. uncooked rice
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
Preparation

Brown sausage and beef. Drain well. Saute pepper, onion and celery in meat drippings. Combine uncooked rice, meat, pepper, onion, celery and soups. Pour into a large casserole dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, stirring once. Serves 8.
