Refrigerator Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. lukewarm potato water *
2/3 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 pkg. or 1 cake yeast, crumbled
2 eggs
2/3 c. margarine, butter or shortening
1 c. lukewarm mashed potatoes
7 to 7 1/2 c. flour

Preparation

*I start with 2 cups of water to be sure I have 1 1/2 cups when needed.
