Old Dutch Apple Strudel - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. apples, sliced
    1/2 c. honey
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. flour, sifted
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg, beaten
Preparation
    Arrange apples in a buttered baking dish.
    Drizzle honey over apples and sprinkle with cinnamon and lemon juice.
    In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Stir in beaten egg until mixture is crumbly.
    Spoon the mixture evenly over the apples.
