Ingredients

2 1/2 lb. lean round steak
1/3 c. soy sauce
1/3 c. teriyaki sauce
1 1/2 Tbsp. liquid barbecue smoke
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Place meat in freezer for 2 to 3 hours.
Slice into 1/4 inch slices.
Place all ingredients in a glass or plastic bowl.
Add meat.
Refrigerate overnight.
Drain meat and pat dry.
Line cookie sheet with foil.
Place meat on cooling racks on cookie sheets.
Cook for 8 1/2 to 10 hours with door cracked open at 150\u00b0 or warm.
Let cool.
Store in airtight container.
