Cowboy Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 cans whole green chilies, seeded
    2 (8 oz.) Monterey Jack cheese, grated
    5 eggs, beaten
    1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 chilies
    1/2 grated cheese
    remaining half of chilies
    remaining half of cheese
Preparation
    Beat eggs, flour and evaporated milk together and season to taste with salt and pepper.
    Pour mixture over cheese and chilies. Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Allow quiche to set 15 minutes before serving.
