Sweet Potato Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1/2 c. melted oleo or butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. orange juice

Preparation

Combine all ingredients.
Pour into 1-quart baking dish.
Bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Top with marshmallows and lightly brown. Makes 6 servings.
