Potato Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. mashed potatoes
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    4 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Peel potatoes; boil and mash well.
    Add butter and work in the flour.
    Turn onto a floured board; roll out to 1/2-inch thickness. Cut into rounds or triangles.
    Cook in slightly greased pan for 3 minutes on each side, pricking with a fork.
    Makes about 20 cakes. Delicious with sausage or bacon.
