Seoul Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. white vinegar
    2 Tbsp. honey
    2 Tbsp. peanut oil
    10 cloves garlic, chopped
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/4 tsp. powdered ginger
    8 chicken thighs, skinned
    1 tsp. red pepper
Preparation
    In a small bowl, mix vinegar, soy sauce, honey and ginger. Place oil in a large frying pan and heat to medium temperature. Add chicken and cook, turning, until brown on all sides, about 10 minutes. Add garlic and red pepper.
    Cook, while stirring, for 2 to 3 minutes. Add vinegar mixture. Cover and cook about 15 minutes or until chicken is fork-tender.
    Uncover and cook 1 to 2 minutes or until sauce is slightly thick. Serve with rice.
    Makes 4 servings.
