Peach Custard Cake - cooking recipe

1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
1 (1 lb. 14 oz.) can sliced peaches, drained (save 1/2 c. syrup)
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. evaporated milk
1 egg, slightly beaten
Preparation

Arrange peaches on crust.
Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon.
Bake 20 minutes.
Mix reserved syrup, milk and egg.
Pour over peaches. Bake 30 minutes more.
Total baking time is 50 minutes or until custard is firm.
